Regulatory Associate

This role is responsible for:
- Deliver registration and compliance activities and projects as per agreed timelines.
- Manage product registration process in Kazakhstan, interpret and apply all relevant legislation in CCAR region(9 countries).
- Keep Reckitt local and regional teams up to date on regulatory changes, national regulatory trends, risks and opportunities for the business.
- Preparation and submission of new product registrations. (eg: Cleaning products, Air fresheners, Biocidal products).
- Respond regulatory requests from customer/distributor in CCAR region by providing necessary document and information.
- Close collaboration with other regulatory and quality functional groups in Reckitt to ensure CCAR business operates in line with International strategy.
- Provide regulatory support to quality functions to ensure products are maintained in compliance with local requirements.
- Manage internal investigations into allegations of non-compliance and coordinating the activities necessary to expeditiously resolve local regulatory dispute; assisting in the organization of internal audits and monitor audits performed by 3rd parties.
- Manage Artwork review and approvals for CCAR region.
- Submission and Preparation of Import License renewal applications.
- Responsible for reviewing and creating relevant SOPs when needed.
- Assist Head of Regulatory to conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and report on agreed key performance indicators. To assist in the establishment, operation, continuity, and management of Information Security Management (ISO27001) System.
- Act in accordance with the privacy statement and disciplinary procedure.
Is this You?
- 2-3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, deep regulatory knowledge on Cleaning and Hygiene Products across CCAR region.
- Language skills: Kz/Ru/En is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biology or other science related degree.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external groups.
- Results oriented and self-motivating.
- Providing timely and accurate follow up to open items, by leveraging standard templates, workflows and responses.
- Ability to work in a global organization with highly matrixed structure and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in project management and making regulatory submissions.
