About the role

As an R2R Manager you’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end financial reporting and accounting activities.

You'll be more than just a number-cruncher; you'll be a financial gatekeeper for Reckitt, ensuring that we not only stay ahead in compliance but also capitalise on opportunities to craft a stronger, more profitable future.

Your responsibilities

  • Support reporting (according to the closing schedule) and account reconciliation processes
  • Lead all GL transitions in Greece
  • Responsible for the tax accuracy and timely submissions
  • Support of Accounting & Compliance Manager in statutory and tax-related activities, including coordination of tax and statutory audits, closing calendar
  • Supervise accounting treatment of judgmental transactions
  • Coordinate external and internal audits
  • Take E2E ownership for the accuracy & correctness of the books
  • Manage the end to end month/quarter/year end processes for transacting, closing and reporting the Group accounts including control and reconciliation of the general ledger
  • Ensure accounting rules are applied for financial accounts in compliance with corporate standards and secures integrity of financial systems and the financial operating model
  • Support of Accounting & Compliance Manager to prepare the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
  • Master's degree Accounting / Finance will be considered as an asset
  • 5-7  years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG
