Trade Marketing Specialist - Grocery Health BU

Customer Trade Mktg
•Develop, Implement, Monitor and Evaluate Customers’ Trade Mktg Activities (Customer TVC, POP Material, Leaflets, Digital Competition etc) in alignment with company’s targets and budget based on customer’s KPIs
•Identify gaps & opportunities focused on assortment & placement 
•Analyze market insights (sell out data, shopper insights) and internal data (sell in data, financial data) 
•Participate in joint business plan preparation (in cooperation with internal/external stakeholders) according to company KPIs
•Develop planogram proposal for key categories for assigned customers in alignment with KAM
Brand Trade Mktg
•Develop, Implement, Monitor and Evaluate Brands Trade Mktg Activities
•Develop Local Success Model KPIs and Tracks Progress. Develop Brands’ National Promotions, Monitor Execution. Develop NPDs Distribution Targets and Launch Reco in store Activation Plan
•Develop Merchandising standards, Promo calendar & catalogue for assigned brands in alignment with Mrk & Sales 
•Manage Assigned Trade Marketing Budget

•University/higher education degree
•3 years experience in Trade Marketing/Sales/Marketing within FMCG
•Fluency in Greek and English
•Financial Acumen, Budget and Trade investment Management
•Shopper and Consumer Insights
