Working with a portfolio of leading brands, you’ll own the channel/category strategy for our major markets. You’ll increase our presence in stores. You’ll strengthen our brands and ensure we have the right product, marketing and promotional activities in place.  You’ll create the vision and take practical steps to see it come to life. Playing a key role on the New Zealand Management Team, you will.

Key responsibilities:
•    Effectively communicate to the sales team to ensure Go-To-Market excellence.  
•    Be responsible for the achievement of financial and market share targets for the health portfolio across the market.  
•    Develop and execute the Channel and 4Ps strategy for the portfolio identifying KPIs and activation plans by store format. 
•    Strive to ensure Reckitt is the Supplier of choice on all aspects of Category Development.
•    Engage with Customers at senior levels to build Category Roadmaps, laying the foundation for Brand activation. 
•    Support the Customer Teams in creating and delivering the ”Category Growth” element for all Category Reviews. 
•    Lead the development and retention of talent across the Trade, Category & Shopper Strategy team
 You’ll succeed because you… 
•    Have over 10 years’ experience in Trade Marketing &/or Cateegory Strategy
•    Have experience working within the FMCG industry 
•    Work with a strong sense of urgency and speed and are capable of managing completing priorities
•    Have a proven background in managing and developing high performing staff and winning teams at all levels (from early career to well established)
•    Have developed strong leadership and interpersonal skills and are capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams
