About the role

Immerse yourself in the heart of our dynamic finance team as a Finance Analyst or Assistant Manager at Reckitt. This is your chance to dive into the numbers that drive our business. You'll play a pivotal role in sculpting the financial landscape of our plant, warehouse, and procurement operations. Bring your analytical prowess, exert influence on budgets, and sculpt cost-saving projects. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Monitor financial health by managing costs within plant, warehouse, and procurement operations.
- Design and administer budgets, playing a strategic role in financial planning.
- Generate regular financial reports to inform and shape decision-making processes.
- Respond to ad-hoc financial enquiries from management, providing timely and accurate data.
- Champion cost-saving and efficiency projects from inception through to successful execution.

The experience we're looking for

- Solid background in accounting or business administration.
- A track record of analytical excellence and attention to detail.
- Proven ability in managing time and organising work efficiently.
- Experience with financial reporting, analysis, and accounting principles.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities.
