The Reckitt Management Trainee Program offers an intensive 18-months journey to explore, develop and actively participate with the real work-life and professional business functions.

The Reckitt Management Trainee will gain learning experience with all rounded-job rotations as well as an individual project assignment. Upon completion, the successful trainee will be offered a permanent junior management role within Marketing function based on business requirements.

As a part of the Reckitt Management Trainee Program, the participant will be ensured to closely engage with the business from an initiation to an execution thorough the 18-months journey in order to fulfil your FREEDOM to SUCCEED with Reckitt🎉✨

Don't be shy to share your attention if the following criteria meet you🔰

• Master's Degree in any related majors or Bachelor's Degree is accepted if you are ex-Reckitt's Intern
• Maximum 3 years of working experience 
• Excellent command of English both in speaking and writing
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical and logical thinking with proficient interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure with “Can-do” mindset
• Entrepreneurial spirit: initiate and conduct business acumen in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility to move within the organization
