About the role

Seeking a visionary Brand Manager to elevate our leading brands to new heights in dynamic markets worldwide. As a key player in our marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to implement strategies that resonate on a global stage, bringing our brands to life both online and in stores. Your strategic input will craft ambitious plans, fostering sustainable growth and success for the long haul.

Your responsibilities

The Brand Manager will play a key role in supporting the development of the overall category strategy and is expected to drive the growth of their assigned brands through excellent marketing execution.

 

  • To manage a brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise long term sales and profitability.
  • To develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget.
  • To contribute to the development of category strategies. Focus on media, campaigns and momentums preparation and execution.
  • To develop, recommend and execute annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy.
  • To initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth. Develop these insights into achievable plans
  • To lead the development of local copy strategy/executions and/or to ensure adaptation possible for other regions
  • In close co-operation with the Media team; Sales function and Trade Marketing. Identify trade needs/opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands

The experience we're looking for

3 Years marketing experience must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within and FMCG environment.

Ability to work autonomously and within a team

Focused on results, independent, collaborative, and responsible

Committed person, dynamic, decisive, organized, flexible, proactive, and multitasking

Good stress management / work under pressure. Open attitude, enthusiastic and with high motivation.
