As a Healthcare Brands Controller, you will be the Finance Business Partner of one of the healthcare categories. You will be responsible for the monitoring, analysis, planning and control of the category’s P&L. As part of the controlling team, you will also support all the financial reporting related to your area.
Main Responsibilities
• You are going to be the main interlocutor for the category for any finance information, which includes: Net Revenue, marketing costs, product costs, operational margin…
• The Healthcare Brands Controller is not the person who makes all the reports (the elaboration of reports is organized functionally, to avoid overlap of reporting) but he/ she is the one responsible for the analysis of the financial statements of his/her Category. Importance on ensuring that the brands team have best in class knowledge and ownership of their financials.
• However, as main interlocutor of the category, you must clarify all the doubts.
• You must meet regularly with the brand teams to share analysis, reports and reviews. It is also going to be key in this role challenging the brand teams with the aim of improving the brands’ team knowledge and financial performance and providing a full picture analysis between sell-in and sell-out.
Main performance indicators:
1. NR, COGs & marketing expenses evolution understanding and forecasting, ensuring minimum risk for the business.
2. Gross Margin variance and impacts understanding per brand and/or segment
3. Market, Sell-Out and market share evolution, relating it to the brands’ performance and financial impact coming from it
4. Elaborate P&L of new marketing projects, new references, etc. Ensure proper follow-up of the long-term NPD / EPDs performance.
5. Calculation and effective communication to the business of any potential one-off impacts in the brand’s performance

US Additional requirements
Education:
• Business school with Finance and Accounting major
Experience:
• 2-3 years audit in a big 4 at senior auditor
Languages required:
• The business language in Reckitt is English; therefore fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages is advantageous.
