About the role

As a Lean Management Jr. at Reckitt's Factory in Granollers, you’ll have the freedom to deliver seamless operation in some of the busiest facilities around. Continuous improvement is crucial for maintaining high standards and optimizing processes. Your responsibilities

- Drive, coordinate, and monitor that all actions carried out in their respective areas follow the guidelines established.

- Create and adapt LEAN elements within the factory.

- Take responsibility for updating and complying with the procedures of the Integrated ISO-OHSAS Management System. 

- Integrate safety, quality, and environmental aspects into work meetings with colleagues and in the operating procedures of their department.

- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, proposing measures to prevent their recurrence.

- Propose, create, and approve procedures and work instructions for various preventive activities in their department.

-Improve the maturity level in the factory according to the company’s guidelines 

The experience we're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering
- 2 years of experience in a similar position will be valued.
- Comfortable working with people at all levels and eager to own responsibilities and drive improvements
- Proven capability in managing projects.

- The business language in RB is English; therefore, fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages is advantageous.
