About the role

Embark on an enriching journey as a Graduate Supply Controller at Reckitt’s Factory in Granollers - a role that offers more than just numbers. You will be instrumental in constructing a full-picture narrative of our company's financial health. The role has the responsibility for control & improve the manufacturing Profit & Loss following the company strategies and financial controls & policies under the supervision of the Supply Controller Manager.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

- Manufacturing CFC plan & forecast preparation and monthly control & analysis of the deviation, in collaboration with all the factory departments (HR, Production, Engineering, Planning…)

- Month end closing tasks following the company timings and policies. Accurate BS & PL result to be presented to the factory management & Financial Director.

- Provide other factory departments a complete financial information in order to allow the correct decision – making oriented to improve the results.

- Collaboration with NPI in order to have the right costs for all the new product launches.

- Plan & Forecast FOS preparation

- Quarterly TP calculation

- Scorecard KPI’s monthly follow-up

The experience we're looking for

- Degree qualified preferably in Finance, Business Administration or other relevant discipline under the European Union Legislation.

- 6 months experience within the finance industry, preferably in FP&A.

- Adept at financial modelling, with excellent Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation.

- A firm understanding of financial statements including P & L, cash flow, and balance sheets.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, navigating stakeholder relationships with ease.

- Fluent level of English & Spanish
