JOB MISSION

IT Business Analyst Trainee will be a key pillar on the digital journey of Reckitt, by improving automatization and driving data analytics agenda, leading the deployment of new technology solutions to ensure business digitalization.  

Main responsibilities

• Business Analysis: end-to-end responsibility of Business Reports, Dashboards and Data Insights 
• Defining data flows with business-side managers 
• Data onboarding and automation 
• Design of actionable reports with key business stakeholders   
• Implementation and validation with Power BI 
• Internal communication plan for adoption 
• Drive our digital transformation agenda through Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Automation, triggering the change of mindset of business teams to better understand technologies we want to deploy (Machine Learning, Predictive tools, etc) 
• Continuous engagement with different functions and levels in the company: Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply to become their business partner with a technology expertise 
• Understand and manage the IT portfolio of the region, and drive the simplification and digitalization of the business, covering Spain and Portugal as well as Commercial and Industrial sites 
• Support in gathering and comparing quotations from vendors, and recommendations proposals 

US Additional requirements

• University degree with strong analytical component 
• Master degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, will be an added 
• Business language in Reckitt is English; therefore, fluency in this language is essential  
• Knowledge in BI tools, databases and Excel are a strong plus 
• Strong analytical skills and logic thinking 
• Ability to learn and adapt to different business environments, technologies and processes 
• Communication skills and strong leadership attitude 
• Entrepreneurial mindset to look for solutions
