JOB MISSION

Main responsibilities

The aim of the role is to oversee the life-cycle of customer’s orders, from their receipt all the way through to delivery, ensuring a smooth flow of order information from the customer to Reckitt and vice versa. You will also be the main point of contact between Reckitt and its eCommerce customers for any queries regarding orders. You’ll help us find more efficient supply chain strategies by improving operational control and execution!

• Order Entry of OnDemand, Marketplaces and Epharmas clients.
• eCommerce Order to invoice management: Order entry, stock allocation setup and reporting for customers, Order Confirmation 
• Customer delivery bookings and coordination with operations and planning to ensure customer satisfaction level. 
• Communication with the client ensuring smooth flow of Stock information and delivery dates.
• Delivery incidents management.
• Coordination with sales any new product introduction and changes, communication with customer.
• Claim of chargebacks, have it clear every month .
• Collaboration in PFR2 for your respective customers and monitoring/eliminating loss reasons working collaboratively with x-functional teams and customers.

US Additional requirements

• University degree with strong analytical component  (Business or Engineering related)
• Business language in Reckitt is English; therefore, fluency in this language is essential. 
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical skills and logic thinking 
• Ability to learn and adapt to different business environments, technologies and processes 
• Communication skills and strong leadership attitude
