As a Sr Key Account Manager, you will work closely with top management and other departments, to help grow Walmart in the US market. You will work at both the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems). We are looking for candidates that are passionate about the customer and must have proven analytical capability, project management skills and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must also have the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and lead cross-functional and cross-business projects.

 

You’ll succeed because you’ll…  
•    Keep a close relationship with internal account managers and category managers and external merchants and business partners.
•    Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with Walmart.com and must have extensive knowledge of:  Building multiple advertising campaigns within Walmart to identify proper and most searched Keywords to improve impressions, ROAS, ROI and conversions; 
•    Stay abreast of new programs offered, new features released, updates, etc.
•    Have a keen eye for details of each platform and what has the biggest impact on exposure/revenue.
•    Maintain a promotional calendar of sale events and submit before deadlines.
•    Analyze sales event performance (before, during, and after) and draw conclusions for future events strategy.
•    Monitor pricing, competitors, and trends in order to make informed recommendations.
•    Monthly / yearly forecasting.
•    Stellar problem solving and issue resolution skills with the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, where multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail are the norm.
•    Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to use customer research and metrics to back up intuition and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
•    High bias for taking end-to-end ownership of responsibilities, flexibility and exceptional communication skills.
•    Strong leader with an aptitude for organization who can prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
•    Ability to leverage informal influence to navigate and build partnerships across business and technical teams.
•    Think big and rethink how to better serve our customers.
