We are looking for 8 motivated Assistant Brand Manager Trainees for our Hygiene & Health brands:

• Airwick
• Harpic
• Finish
• Vanish
• Selfcare 
• Pain Management 
• Durex
• Dettol

Your Responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Manager in the development and growth of the brand.
• Support daily brand management by tracking sales, analyzing monthly trends, and conducting ad hoc analyses. Help gather and monitor competitive intelligence.
• Participate in project development by assisting in the creation of promotional offers, and supporting the development of packaging, artwork, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and customer tools.
• Contribute to trade support by helping with strategy development, sales policy, and marketing plan formulation for the brand.

The experience we’re looking for

• Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in English. French or Dutch will be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, written and oral skills.
• Flexible thinker being able to operate in a changing environment.
• Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating.
• Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities.
• Eager to learn.
