Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Launch your career in sales with a dynamic traineeship at Reckitt! This is not your average sales role; it's a springboard into understanding the fast-paced world of sales from the inside out. As an trainee in our sales organisation, you'll learning about analysis, 4P strategy and customer engagement. You'll gain hands-on experience across diverse brands and play a supportive role in driving our business objectives.

 

To be eligible for the role, you must be enrolled in a University based in the EU and be able to obtain an internship/university agreement for the duration of the position, January 2025 - July 2025.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist in building category-specific strategies using the 4Ps to drive sales and improve our market position.
  • Help transform brand strategy into action plans that excite our customers and integrate seamlessly with their shopping environments.
  • Support the collection and analysis of market insights, keeping abreast of trends and competitor movements.
  • Aid in the annual range review and 4P planning process.
  • Contribute to new product initiatives, ensuring the marketplace feels our presence and grasps the value we offer.
  • Assist in financial modelling to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to bolster sales efforts and achieve targets.
  • Help prepare sales reports and presentations.

The experience we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing, or related field, eager to gain experience in sales and marketing. Must be able to attain an internship agreement for university.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the team and clients.
  • An analytical approach with a talent for interpreting data and market insights.
  • Resilience and adaptability within a dynamic environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to learning new technology tools.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and taking on new challenges.
