About the role

The Digital Activation & HCP Content Developer reports directly to Medical Affairs Manager SEE and is responsible for creating and executing digital medical marketing campaigns that target healthcare professionals (HCPs) for leading OTC brands such as Nurofen, Strepsils, Gaviscon and Personal Care brands as Durex across three markets- Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary.

Your responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs)

Collaborate with the medical marketing team and digital team to develop and implement strategies that drive engagement and increase brand awareness among HCPs.

Create and manage editorial calendars to ensure content is delivered timely and accurately.

Develop content that resonates with HCPs, including email, social media, and web content.

Ensure all content follows regulatory requirements.

Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement. Lead brainstorming sessions related with digital content development.

Manage internal HCP related Power apps (GDPR and e-mailing power app).

Manage the implementation of the Romanian HCP website working closely with Global team and all other related activities including developing local digital content for HCP website.

Localize and implement global digital content (webcasts, Medscape, newsletter)

Develop & produce materials for the conferences.

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or other related Life Sciences is a plus.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on healthcare. Digital marketing courses and qualifications are considered an asset.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and web.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for healthcare; available for periodic travel within the Region or globally if required.
