Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

The overall objective of the Distributors Manager is to develop and implement sales strategy for designed area of responsibility, per channel and for countries in line with Reckitt Benckiser's strategic objectives (net revenue, country operating profit, gross margin, net working capital). He/she is also responsible for developing a strategic partnership with customers within the channel, strengthening thus Reckitt Benckiser's positions in our categories and optimizing all aspects of trade relations.

Your responsibilities

Responsible for achieving strategic objectives for Traditional Trade channel, Bulgaria, Moldova - i.e. NR, COP, GM, NWC

Sales strategy development & execution for Traditional Trade Channel, Bulgaria, Moldova, following overall commercial strategy.

Sales forecast and budgeting: Gross sales, commercial investments, other expenses for Traditional Trade channel, Bulgaria, Moldova and ensuring that the set objectives are achieved.

Provide valuable insights and collaborate with the brand and commercial marketing team in planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, category development, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, development and execution of promotional activities and joint business plans.

Develop and implement an efficient functional model for the processes of the Traditional Trade channel, Bulgaria, Moldova and for achieving the objectives.

Ensure an efficient operational model of planning and negotiation for in-store activation, merchandise marketing, sales plans within the Traditional Trade channel, Bulgarian & Moldavian

Achieve consistent growth by managing diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Involve and inspire the Traditional Trade Channel team, Bulgaria, Moldova in strategy implementation and overperformance in relation to internal objectives.

Act as a role model within the organization, works to develop capabilities and people, inspires the other departments of the organization.

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with specialization in business/commercial.

Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience in Sales/Marketing and Customers Management with proven experience in managing teams and distributors.

Excellent commercial understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning aspects.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop strategies, tactics and quantifiable implementation.

Solid leadership skills.

Very good knowledge of MS Office & English advanced

Availability for regular travel within a Region or globally if required.
