About the role

Join us as Customer Marketing Manager in Budapest! In this role you will be working in our Health business unit’s Mass Market team and report to the Senior Customer Marketing Manager.


As part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Channel 4P Strategies, Category Management, and leverage Key Account and Field team to meet agreed sales and commercial objectives through selling, negotiating and executing the company's 4P objectives.

The role will also focus on building expert knowledge in our key categories and sharing this with the customer to build long-term partnerships and increase profit and sales.

Your responsibilities

  • Continuous analysis of the customer’s position, develop plans to ensure Reckitt market share gain and category expansion for the key retailers
  • Complete 4Ps analysis in Nielsen, Dunnhumby and other tools on distributions, promotion best practices, competition monitoring and getting category/consumer insights for developing strong Brand Plans fitting into customer strategy
  • Develop and actively use Sales reporting and monitoring systems (4P, share, customer financials, competition)
  • Key interface between Brand Marketing and Sales Team for Hungary Business, specifically for Sales Team with regards compelling customer plans to drive Reckitt brands
  • Ensure fast NPD/EPD listings and distribution gaps closing via tailored category trade stories
  • Lead Local meetings to ensure strong drive and follow up towards Sales
  • Plans and tracks budget
  • Close interaction with Key Account, Field Sales, Brand Marketing, Supply, Finance teams and external agencies

The experience we're looking for

  • University or college degree in a business-related subject
  • 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing or Sales in FMCG
  • Fluent English besides native Hungarian
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, Nielsen knowledge is a plus
  • Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
