About the role

As Junior HR Advisor alongside with the HR Manager you are responsible for a wide range of HR activities to provide guidance on all things people-related, such as; employment law, recruitment and retention, performance, training, employees development (career path), employee engagement , planning & forecasting and polices/process (hiring/dismissal/training) review.

The role is limited until December 2027.

Your responsibilities

•Coordinate internal and external employer branding activities, university partnerships, and local social media channels.
•Contribute to the local implementation and execution of recruitment and reward initiatives.
•Analyse employee lifecycle data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
•Responsible for HR budget planning activities, annual salary review calculations, forecasting, reporting, and serve as a key contact for the Finance team.
•Collaborate with HR CoEs and project teams to implement strategic HR initiatives.
•Assist HRBPs and HR Managers in delivering key people priorities and business initiatives.
•Participate in Talent and Succession Planning processes.
•Provide guidance on employee relations matters, employment law, and HR policies.
•Coordinate the local GLINT engagement survey process, including feedback collection, action planning, focus groups, reporting, and analysis.
•Drive employee engagement, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, and support the local Learning & Development agenda.
•Advise managers and employees on employee-related questions and concerns.
•Enhance efficiency and scalability of local HR operations and processes

•Builds trusted relationships quickly and collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
•Combines strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
•Applies analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities and solve problems.
•Curiosity to understand business needs and translate them into effective people solutions.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and confidence in working with data, reporting, and presentations.
•Fluent English is a must; additional language capabilities are considered a plus.
•Previous HR internship or relevant HR experience is advantageous.
