Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Join our Commercial Team in Budapest as Pharma Assistant. Your main responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate delivery on given administrative, analytical and project tasks. In this role you will be joining our Health business unit and will work with our Strepsils, Strepfen, Nurofen, Gaviscon brands, reporting to our Head of Pharma. 

Your responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the Key Account Managers, Field Sales Manager and Head of Pharma Channel
• Deliver tailor-made flyers / insert & image pages and x-brand activities based on KAM and partner input / request
• Support and manage small WHS activities, promotions, discounts
• Sales Project Coordination
• Performance of Sales Analyses ad-hoc and standard (Sell-out and stocks, 4P/3D, Financial data)
• Supporting Senior Management with Sales related analyses and proposals
• Manage customers’ request and complaints (pricing, invoice, delivery etc.)
• Support key account/field sales team in administration related tasks (e.g.: issue or analyze daily sales and competition reports, update activity plan, data maintenance, update or issue POs and invoices, match invoices in SAP)
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Marketing, Brand & Trade Marketing, Supply and Finance departments as well as external partners

The experience we're looking for

• Minimum bachelor’s degree ideally in a business-related subject
• FMCG, OTC or Pharma experience in a similar role or as Intern in Sales/Finance/Controlling
• Fluency in English besides native Hungarian
• Strong IS skills with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional administration skills
• Results oriented, proactive, and positive attitude
