Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of agreed Net Revenue sales targets, as well as optimizations of Trade spend within specific sales reporting areas (SRA).
- Responsible for continuous training and detailing of healthcare professionals in the Private/Public sector.
- Monitor competitor activities by acquiring knowledge on the healthcare professional’s usage of those products, then assisting in the implementation of appropriate response and proactive strategies.
- Develop and maintain relations with key healthcare professionals in the Private and Public sector, to monitor their product usage, in order to optimise opportunities for increased usage.
- Ensure day-to-day flow of information of sale activities and transactions (orders, call rates, merchandising, promotions) via technology based tools in order to meet sales and territory objectives.

Customer strategy; Channel strategy, Sales strategy development.
The experience we're looking for
- Appropriate tertiary qualification with preference in either of the following areas Physiology & Anatomy or Pharmacology.
- At least 2 years sales experience.
- Understanding of the Healthcare Private and Public sector.
- Experience in Organizing and planning of Continuous Medical education (CME) activities to Healthcare Professionals.
