Job Summary

This role is responsible to lead a team of medical device professionals responsible for maintenance and management of the Design History files of Reckitt’s Intimate Wellness portfolio of medical devices.

It is an exciting opportunity to lead develop and build a team of medical device professionals working on a fast paced and interesting product category as well as develop your skills in management, leadership and medical device requirements.

The role is based at the Bangpakong site with part of the team to be managed co-located in Bangpakong site and the other half based in the site in Bangplee Yai. The role remotely reports into an R&D operations manager based in the UK.

The role is in the R&D Operations Team which is responsible for support and maintenance activities on the base business portfolio of existing projects. The role will involve working in a highly cross-functional environment and require a high degree of ownership.

Previous experience of line management will be essential as will experience of working in Medical Device or IVD industry and knowledge of key standards such as ISO13485, ISO14971 etc. and applicable national and regional regulations such as EU MDR, 21CFR820 etc.
