About the role

The Customer Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing dedicated support in ensuring customer orders are filled in full and delivered on time. Responsibilities include order entry, end-to-end order fulfillment, and process optimization with the support of SAP (ERP).

 

Your responsibilities

1.   Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders

2.  Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including planning, logistics, and sales teams, to ensure compliance with the service level established by the client, to achieve the organization's sales objectives.

3.  Order Accuracy: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of order fulfillment activities, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent future errors.

4.  Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in the order fulfillment process.

5.  Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and streamline order processing workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce order touches, and improve customer satisfaction.

6.  Reporting: Perform service level reporting

7.  Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards related to order fulfillment and customer requirements.

The experience we're looking for

•   Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field is preferred.

•   SAP experience preferred.

•   2+ year’s relevant experience

•   Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) are critical for success.

•   Ability to multi-task effectively while working in a fast paced and outcome driven environment.

•   Proficient written and oral professional communication

•   Demonstrated ability to work independently and initiate action.
