The Integrated Data Management Coordinator will guide and support the planners in the factories and markets within the region to maintain best-in-class master data standards and co-create the master data related processes in collaboration with the technical and functional teams.

Your responsibilities

The role outlines responsibilities related to data quality monitoring and improvement across various hubs.

 

Key tasks include:

 

- Conducting data quality assessments, issue identification, and resolution.
- Collaborating with planners to enhance data maintenance and address change queries.
- Planning and leading review meetings with markets and factories to address data issues and drive improvements in data quality scores.
- Preparing regular DQ reports, emphasizing high-risk issues.
- Ensuring compliance with data quality standards and guidelines.
- Monitoring alerts and collaborating with supply teams to maintain data accuracy above 98%.
- Maintaining and updating the data quality dashboard and processing templates.
- Defining integrated data rules and developing supporting documentation and training materials.
- Keeping planning-related data accurate based on business input.
- Working with technical teams to resolve data interface issues and adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborating with the IDM Manager to escalate issues promptly to mitigate business risks.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to data readiness for testing and cut-over.

The experience we're looking for

  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Possess general business awareness especially on Supply Chain or demonstrates comparable business experience
  • Fast learning ability
  • Any work experience on ERP (JDE or SAP) would be advantageous
  • The business language in Reckitt is English, therefore fluency in English is essential and fluency in local languages advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment
