Medical Marketing Specialist

Objective: The Medical Channel is key for the demand generation of the categories. A proper communication strategy for the Medical Channel is needed to convey the Brand Strategies A great Medical communication Campaign includes: Detail Aid, e-Mail, WhatsApp, Events, Scientific Materials, Gimmicks, Disruptive activation



  •  Partner with Brand Marketing to propose Communication Strategy per Brand
  • Partner with internal and external key stakeholders to create proposed Detailing Aids per brand:
  •  Briefing Process
  •  Partner with Medical Affairs, Nutritional Science to establish brand claims based on scientific evidence.
  • Propose to Manager different scenarios of Detailing Aids
  • Continuous process of changes and authorization (including LARS) until getting final Detailing Aid
  • Detailing Aids Market Research with HCPs and MSF, in junction with CMI
  • Propose and implement scientific materials strategy & calendar per brand per HCPs segmentation.
  • Creation of strategic communication concepts for RB Events 
  • Define, and implement Brand's communication strategies for 3rd parties events (booths & stands)
  • Propose HCPs and HCEs gimmicks strategy per brand and execute calendar (prior approval by Manager and MD)
  • Define communication strategy per Brand in Digital Channels and ECRM (Veeva)


  • Advanced English
  • Experience in Medical Marketing or related  (Consumer Health, Nutrition)
  • Experience in content creation, digital campaigns, agency (external ) and internal relation
