Your responsibilities
• Is knowledgeable in and follows all documentation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
• Understands and follows the Hazardous Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) program.
• Is knowledgeable in and follows all site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
• Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions, and Training Documents
• Successfully complete all training on the UHT, AST, WIP Lab, Filler, Bonfig/Capper, Unscrambler, Air Rinser, Dynac 1 & CIP/SIP.
• Always ensure compliance with Production Batch Record (PBR). Prepares and/or approves necessary paperwork. This includes PBR calculations of expiry date.
• Understand how perform and sign-off on assigned daily, weekly and CIP/SIP cleaning task.
• Understands how to execute required equipment PM’s.
• Understand and execute the proper manufacturing non-conformity segregation of containers SOP.
• Follow all Visual Management and Lean manufacturing practices.
• Understands the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the Aseptic Operations, tracks KPI progress throughout shift, communicates discrepancies, and drives improvement plans for these metrics.
• Participates in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other troubleshooting methodologies
• Service & operate power vehicles such as a fork truck or walker/stacker in an authorized and safe manner.
• Responsible for critical decision making and recommendations around process critical control parameters.
• Observe and notify appropriate personnel of FDA and OSHA violations.
• Coordinate the segregation of product when necessary due to a Potential Quality Defects.
• Responsible for Initiating appropriate paperwork/documentation for quality defect or process deviations (LOS’s) when necessary.
• Take appropriate steps immediately when the production line conditions and/or checks do not meet standards.
• Responsible for performing equipment changeovers for; Unscrambler, Filler, Taptone, Bonfig, Air Rinser and associated equipment, i.e. printers and Dynac 1.
• Operate power vehicles (fork truck, walker stacker, etc.) Familiar with the procedure to change fork truck batteries and how to place a fork truck on charge.
• Must know, understand, and perform the cleaning/sanitation of product lines and equipment.
• Keep all work areas clean, safe, and orderly according to 5S Workplace Organization and Standardization process.
• Inspect packaging components for defects. Complete proper packaging problem forms for defective components, i.e. bottles and closures.
• Train and orient new Technical Operators.
• Perform other duties as determine by management.

• Basic SPC, Continuous Improvement, and PI System knowledge and interpretation.
Mental/Physical Requirements Required
• The ability to check information both quickly and accurately, the ability to follow work instructions in practical work related setting.
• The ability to apply basic rules of arithmetic as well as demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot & problem solve mechanical issues.
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs, bending, etc.
