About the role
Multi-channel contact center position dedicated to building consumer relationships and maintaining brand loyalty through outstanding customer service. Consumer Specialists are experts of Enfamil products, promotions and programs, and are the frontline representative of the Enfamil brand.
Your responsibilities
- You will drive brand awareness and build relationships to acquire and retain consumers and extend the use of Enfamil products across multiple contact channels, including social media.
- You will create awareness and assist in the growth of our Direct to Consumer service by providing well thought out solutions for consumers.
- You will have opportunity for growth and development and achieve personal and departmental performance goals.
The experience we're looking for
- You have experience in diversified customer contacts; i.e phone, email, chat and social media.
- You have effective and efficient problem-solving skills.
- You can listen to, understand, review, analyze, interpret and provide solutions.
- Excellent writing skills and strong organizational, time management, interpersonal and computer skills are a must.
- You are open to feedback and coaching and can apply learnings for continuous improvement.
- You must have a strong desire to assist consumers with attentiveness, patience and genuine sincerity.
- You are a positive team player; work well with others and consider other’s perspectives to provide constructive solutions.
- Capability to adjust quickly to changing priorities, guidelines and processes in a dynamic contact center environment with flexibility with work schedule based on business demands is preferred.
- Contact center operates Mon-Fri 7a-7p and Saturday 8-4:30p CT. Late schedule and Saturday rotations are required.

US salary ranges
USD $37,000.00 - $43,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
