 We actively engage externally with stakeholders and regulators to anticipate and credibly influence changes to the regulatory environment, and we bring that regulatory intelligence back to Reckitt to drive better informed business decisions.

The CDO Global Regulatory Manager plays an essential role to drive innovations within the Nutrition portfolio. You will drive the delivery for the regulatory strategy for the projects you lead alongside R&D and key functions for he Specialty & Adult Nutrition category.

This category will be complex and have a diverse registration/regulatory requirements across multiple global markets and various regulatory classifications. They will interface with functional members of the assigned category project teams (e.g. R&D Category Director, Clinical, Nutrition Science, Commercial Category Director, Medical Affairs, PMO, Innovation) to ensure flawless design and execution of global regulatory strategies in compelling stakeholder friendly language to support the global business objectives

They’ll ensure development of regulatory strategies to drive regulatory expertise and understanding at feasibility and throughout the project. Collaborate with country regulatory affairs to define development plans and timings of projects and critical regulatory parameters in data and timings.

 Supporting  the end to end creation and delivery of the product core dossier/technical files, to achieve in market registrations/launches, driving compliant and impactful messaging guidance, giving support to the rest of the team in driving consistency & direction. Ensure appropriate Regulatory resource and expertise when working with the dossier/technical file authors to ensure consistency and ‘right first time’ approach, in line with the agreed regulatory strategy.

Among the responsibilities will be also, shape future policy, gather, disseminate & assess regulatory & regulatory competitive intelligence for assigned brands.

• Represent the Regulatory function within the Specialty & Adult Nutrition multi-functional team. You play a key role in representing the Regulatory Function with end-to-end oversight and responsibilities.
• Manage a complex and diverse set of registration/regulatory requirements across multiple markets to enable strategic global pipeline delivery.
• Develop and deliver innovative global regulatory strategies in their category
• Bias towards action, to deliver the regulatory strategy and innovations within the category
• Ability to translate complex regulatory information into a compelling stakeholder friendly language.
• Ensure through dynamic resourcing that appropriate support is given to the Innovation projects & team.
