Your responsibilities

•    Understand the product flow, function and the operation of equipment
•    Perform  set-up, operation and loading of components, changeover, adjustment, inspection, lubrication, cleaning, Clean-In-place, shutdown, and preventative maintenance of BIBBIT packaging equipment including, but not limited to the depalletizer, palletizer, cartoner, stretch wrapper, conveyors, surge tables, tuber, lidder, denesters, labeler, and casepacker equipment
•    Ensure compliance with Packaging Batch Record
•    Perform and document quality control testing
•    Supply line with and inspect incoming packaging components
•    Operate  and service power vehicles
•    Accurately maintain computerized documents, complete necessary transactions, reports and documentation
•    Understand the key performance metrics, track progress, communicate discrepancies and drive improvement plans
•    Follow HACCP program and Safety, Ergonomics, GMP and Environmental Quality guidelines

The experience we're looking for

•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    Familiar with SAP system, Equipment and Facility cleaning and documentation, Hazards and SOP Database
•    The ability to train other operators, lift up to 50 lbs., bending, etc.
•    Ability to check information quickly and accurately, follow work instructions, apply basic rules of arithmetic and trouble shoot mechanical issues
