  • Working with the RTR Delivery Mgr as the Country/Cluster Lead that ensures a flawless execution by the third party service provider
  • To work as the shared service SME for projects (i.e ERP/whitespace) ensuring an effective shared service process execution
  • Identifies opportunities and supports all continuous improvement work within the service provider to deliver synergy
  • Maintains a robust governance and control environment
  • Highlight and mitigates risks in the scope of work and ensures spend commitments are within budget
  • Ensure collaboration with market and Vendor on meeting SLA’s and monitoring and improving regional/market KPIs (Market Performance Review )
  • Govern and support the relationship between Vendor with the Market
  • Oversight on the relationship and execution of Vendor operations
  • Performance Review and any actions that arise
  • Ensure compliance with global process and controls defined by GPO.
  • Oversee and manage the processes in markets that include but are not limited to: balance sheet reconciliations, period close, statutory & management reporting, group reporting submission and validation, fixed asset life-cycle and cash management and banking
  • Support Tier 3 escalations (acts as a liaison between IT/Support teams and vendor)
  • In-depth knowledge on System and Market assigned
  • Own the detailed Work Instructions in the service provider, updating and optimising to ensure alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and control frameworks
  • Responsible and accountable for market WI and adherence to Global SOP.


You’ll succeed because… 

  • Chartered Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Qualified Accountant desirable
  • Experience of working in a complex organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrable knowledge understanding of End-to-End Record to Report process
  • Plant or Market Finance experience preferred
  • Experience of managing shared services through an outsource provider desirable
  • Project Management skills desirable
  • Process improvement experience with CI and 6 Sigma qualifications desirable
  • Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through superior communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to deal with and manage conflict
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and team members
  • Knowledge of SAP & JDE ERP systems and Ariba procurement systems desirable
