FP&A Lead

About the role

 The FP&A Lead will be responsible for managing & analysing financial performance of factory operations. The role will be responsible for FP&A reporting and support Planning/Forecasting within Bangplee Manufacturing, Thailand.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for reporting for Bangplee manufacturing, Thailand.
• Support timely & accurate forecast / plan submissions.
• Responsible Month end close reporting.
• Supports the execution of all financial, accounting, and data processing activities, improves cost controls, reporting and general accounting procedures; prepares periodic operation and budget reports.
• Ensure internal controls are adequate to safeguard company assets and the integrity of financial records.
• Provide day-to-day financial support focused upon achievement of the financial objectives of the business.
• Identify opportunities for improved financial performance.
• Ensure accounting financial and operating are reported accurately to reflect the condition of the business and provide reliable information for control and arrangement purpose.
• Prepare reports and analysis of results, including investigation of variances and their interpretation.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in in accounting / MBA advantage.
• 10 years working experience in Costing / planning / forecasting.
• CPA is advantage.
• SAP application/JDE/MFG would be favourably considered.
• Good command of written and spoken in English.
