​IT & D​

The IT&D function is responsible for the digital transformation of the organization with the objective of driving commercial value, business growth & profitability. We use technology as a strategic asset to deliver a competitive edge to our business to outperform in the market. Our IT&D's Sales vertical is a key enabler to the function's digitalization journey with the objective of driving business growth & commercial value. We are on the lookout for a techno-functional expert in this space who can establish functional dominance while bringing technological depth to shape the future of the functions using technology and data.

Your responsibilities

- Partner with Reckitt India's sales functional leaders to digitalize Reckitt's go-to-market strategy.

- Leverage functional expertise in FMCG/CPG sales, to actively identify and quantify opportunities for revenue growth and commercial value through technology interventions and sales analytics. Build convincing business cases/pitch, align key stakeholders and deliver quality solutions to deliver committed business value. Therefore, position IT&D as an internal consulting partner to the business functions.

- Develop functional business analytics and insights in collaboration with the functional leaders and internal IT&D data analytics team. Deploy these models into functional business processes, conversations, and decision-making.

- Work with the regional product owner and partner with the global product owners to bring the best of global solutions to our market while ensuring strict adherence to guidelines, processes and templates and cross-sharing of best-practices.

- Stay abreast with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in supply services, manufacturing, and corporate finance. Identify and capitalize on opportunities, in collaboration with global product leadership, in keeping our organization ahead of the curve vis a vis our competition.

The experience we're looking for

- Bachelor of Technology & Masters in Business Administration.

- 7-10 years of experience in the GTM technologies in consumer goods / durables / retail/ food & beverages / electronics / apparel.
