About the role
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business and the wider HR team to support in analysis of various reward topics.
Your responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert on various Reward matters and support the design and execution of various Reward programmes such as Annual Pay Review and/or Annual Performance Plan for ASEAN countries - Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia
- Ensure salaries and pay-ranges for new hires and promotions are externally competitive through appropriate benchmarking and market data analysis and aligned with Reckitt’s reward philosophy
- Provide support on other ad hoc reward projects, such as gender pay gap and reward communications
- Monitor best practice and identify opportunities for future development and innovation in reward programmes
- Support the Senior Reward Manager on various topics, including preparing reports, international offers and other ad hoc support as required from time to time
- Help instil a culture that motivates people to perform at their best
- Manage our international transfer population
- Participates in the delivery and ongoing administration of reward programmes, processes and policies
- Monitors market practices to support the gathering and initial analyses of executive reward benchmark data
- Has a good understanding of Reckitt’s global mobility strategy and related packages
- Prepares package comparisons and initiates relocations of employees
- Advises HRBPs on policy options, and offer details (including localisation)
- Acts as main point of contact for all employee questions related to mobility
- Supports HRBPs in case of questions during the relocation
- Explains statutory and tax impacts in the new and/or previous location, as required
- Responsible for package/offers for below SMTs
- Monitors market practices to support the gathering of global mobility benchmark data
- Conducts competitive positioning reviews to ensure development of compelling and relevant compensation programmes such as pay ranges, allowances, incentives etc.
- Conducts competitive positioning reviews to ensure development of compelling and relevant competitive benefit plans like pension medical, insurance, company car etc
- Supports costing exercises related to both compensation and benefits
- Evaluates junior level positions for grading following the global banding framework and determines market value of new roles
- Guides and partners with HRBPs in conducting annual cycles like pay review and APP as well as conducting benefits audit for a seamless execution
- Liaises with SSC in addressing reward matters, more specifically around pay review, APP and benefits enrolment
- Partners with procurement or global broker in vendor selection, plan renewals and management of benefit plans
- Knowledgeable on statutory and tax rules impacting both compensation and benefits
- Monitors industry trends and maintains awareness of market practice
The experience we're looking for
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, working in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity exists
- Some analytical experience within the Reward field is beneficial but not a prerequisite
- Experience of working in Rewards in Global geographies including- Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia
- 7+ years of overall experience
