About the role

To provide essential user, process, and data support across PLM platforms, ensuring reliable system performance, high-quality data, and a positive end-user experience. The role contributes to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and future system transformation, with particular accountability for supporting master data quality, governance processes, and data standards.

Your responsibilities

•    Provide first-line support to PLM users, troubleshooting issues and escalating where required.
•    Document and track system incidents, user queries, and recurring issues to support root cause analysis and resolution.
•    Support testing, validation, and business readiness activities for system upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
•    Assist in gathering user feedback and translating business needs into improvement opportunities.
•    Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, user guides, and training materials.
•    Support user onboarding, training delivery, and knowledge-sharing activities.
•    Perform routine data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to maintain process integrity.
•    Support data migration, data preparation, and data alignment activities across systems.
•    Assist in maintaining master data standards, naming conventions, and governance controls.
•    Support data quality monitoring, remediation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Contribute to data governance activities, including stewardship processes, audits, and compliance with established standards.
•    Collaborate with colleagues, business stakeholders, and IT&D partners to support operational and strategic objectives.

The experience we're looking for

•    Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
Knowledge & Experience
•    Foundational knowledge of PLM systems or related enterprise platforms.
•    Understanding of master data concepts and data governance principles.
•    Experience supporting users, maintaining data, or operating business systems.
•    Experience working with structured data and data quality activities is desirable.
Skills
•    Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
•    Ability to investigate issues and identify practical solutions.
•    Effective written and verbal communication skills.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
•    Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities effectively.
