Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Gain market share through delivering product advantage with scientific-based knowledge. Effectively communicates key messages to targeted customers with the established frequency and implements promotional strategies for MJN products.
Your responsibilities
Execute medical operational plan in the assigned territory:
- Achieve medical KPIs (targets, market share annual goals) for the assigned products (routine and S&S line) in assigned territory
- Leverage effective listening skills to build and develop a tailored/customized selling approach to fit people and gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and the situation.
- Build customer confidence and receptivity by demonstrating interest in understanding insights and information on client specific needs. Exhibits excellence in identifying, meeting and exceeding customer expectations by understanding the business environment and partnering with customers to make mutually beneficial decisions.
- Understand and apply the detailing process, build product and industry knowledge, organize and communicate convincingly to drive acquisition and build equity.
- Become an industry leader by building a high degree of proficiency/knowledge of MJN and competitive products.
- Evaluates and analyzes available information to consistently make the most appropriate decisions for MJN.
- Execute medical strategy to gain market share, & improve brand equity.
- Transmits ideas and attitudes clearly to customers by making a strong positive impression, driving two-way communication, offering unique perspectives, and gain agreement by persuading, convincing and negotiating to enhance medical knowledge. Ability to conduct informal and formal presentations in group and individual settings.
- Obtain and incorporate information through multiple resources such as technology, CRM platform, company resources and other information sources.
Adhere to legal framework as well as RB and industry code of conduct and be the role model in driving compliance policy in team
- Act as role model team in representing and embracing company policies, compliance rules, code of conduct, regulations and local applicable laws.
- Ensure coaching and monitoring of FLMs/MRs for compliance rules implementation. Collaborate with office team to ensure training, guidance and monitoring of the same.
Others
- Ensure Company’s confidentiality i.e. intellectual property, product, price, Sales and Marketing strategies, salary information.
- Perform additional tasks/projects as assigned and discussed with direct/functional manager.
The experience we're looking for
- College’s degree in Pharmacy or bachelor’s degree of related majors: Economy, Marketing or Business Administration.
- 2 to 3 + years of experience as a Sales Representative or experience in customer service provision (meeting customer needs/identifying and addressing customer concerns).
- Demonstrated skill at meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Background in the area of nutritional or medical sciences.
- Influence or ability to sell; ability to persuade customer, to make commitment and take actions.
- Winning attitude: believe that one can consistently commit to a standard of excellence and achieve superior results, including self-motivation.
- Demonstrated success working in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
