As a Associate Campaign Manager DACH & NORDICS (all genders), Hygiene you will be part of the Digitial Media Trading Team and responsible for the region DACH & Nordics Furthermore, You'll...


  • Support in the planning, creation, and on-going performance management of ecommerce campaigns specifically on Amazon DSP and potentially widening to e-retailers.
  • Carryi out campaign checks on the go to ensure they are set up and running as per best practice.
  • Proactively performi regular optimization, monitor market changes, and identify development opportunities.
  • Create the execution of development and test plans including working with the ecommerce & media teams.
  • Assist the Campaign Manager in creation of presentations on case studies and supporting on performance calls/face to face meetings
  • Translate digital strategy into campaign delivery with KPIs.
  • Make full use of the technology available, implement processes and practices that maximize operational efficiencies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, and provide recommendations

You’ll succeed because… 

…you’ve sucessfully completed your Bachelor studies with focus in Marketing, Ecommerce & Media and have minimum 2 years working experience in Experience in Programmatic Display Management with a media agency and/or company in the digital economy or FMCG company. Furthermore, you...


  • Demonstrate a drive to learn and build knowledge in other digital media channels such as paid social, search and display.
  • Have decent experience managing media buying platforms, especially Amazon DSP and any other platform would be an advantage.
  • Have intermediate to advance excel knowledge around Pivot tables and V-lookups.
  • Have strong problem-solving capabilities with a record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in a fluid, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Are ambitious and keen to take on responsibility in an organization that provides a high level of autonomy and individual responsibility.
  • You are fluent in English in order to communicate strongly across different stakeholders - German is a plus.
