Working with a fast-paced, complex and innovative team, you’ll analyse sales and eCommerce data across our customer portfolio. The position sits at the forefront of a strategically vital channel for the business; providing consumers with rapid and convenient digital access to our OTC brands. Here, you will be in the driver’s seat to usher in a new era of quick-commerce; ‘On-demand 2.0,’ as well as working on established high-growth E-pharmacy accounts; some of the largest contributors to our ecommerce growth. You’ll:

  • developing business and building relationship with established and new eCommerce customers and Marketplaces
  • Analysing of 6P (Product, Search, Reviews, Content, Promotion, Price) gaps in-line to identify opportunities and risks
  • Development and implementation of customer-specific measures/projects using KPIs
  • streategic development of cusotomer-specific best practice models
  • preparation of presentation in collaboration with other departements
  • Correspondence with Customers
  • Conducting sales and market analysis
  • Support in preparation and processing of customer year-end talks
  • Regular updates of trackings
  • Budget responsibility for our customers including tracking and negotiations during the year


You’ll succeed because… 

…you’ve proved your commercial ability in a complex environment. You:

  • Have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or similar)
  • Have a minimum 2 years experience in retail/FMCG, thereof at least 1 year within Sales
  • Are fluent in both English and German (speaking and writing)
  •  Are data-driven and have a ‘test & learn’ mindset for continuous improvement. In turn, you will have the opportunity to outperform, to flex your online & offline capabilities, and to establish world-class partnerships. 
  • Are hungry to learn and develop a deeper understanding of what drives sales in a global business
  • Are action-orientated, a pragmatic problem solver
  • Are highly analytical with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Crucially, you’re a born communicator, using data-led insights to create a compelling story for colleagues.
