 As Junior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), Health, you’ll be a valuable part of the DACH eCommerce team for Reckitt’s Health category (which includes brands like Nurofen, Strepsils or Durex). You'll be responsible for driving Reckitt’s eCommerce business through managing online marketing campaigns and onsite search optimization. You'll maintain a close collaboration with your colleagues in Brand, Trade Marketing and Media.

You’ll succeed because … 

... you have min. 1 year work experience in eCommerce or performance marketing environment, preferably with customer contact
... you have a minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, IS or business administration
... you have experience in managing performance marketing campaigns
... you have strong analytical capabilities and KPI focus
... you have strong communication skills for building trustful work relation-ships and managing projects
... you have good Excel and Power Point skills
... you are fluent in both German and English (speaking and writing)
... knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager) is a plus 
... you are a Digital native
... you have outstanding capabilities in dealing with ambiguity and mental agility
