The Key Account Manager eCommerce (m/f/d) is driving the customer strategy for national eCommerce customers in CHAT and is driving and executing business growth plans as set by the eCommerce Leadership Team. You'll:

 

  • Develop business and build relationship with our most trusted marketplace partners on eCommerce customers.
  • Analyse 6P (Product, Search, Reviews, Content, Promotion, Price) gaps in-line to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and implement customer-specific measures/projectsusing KPIs traffic, conversion, basket size and repeat purchases.
  • Strategically develop customer-specific best practice models through effectiveness analyses of advertisement, pricing, placement, and range of products.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets of current and future customers.
  • Plan and activate sales promotions for Reckitt products with a focus on ROI and growth
  • Have budget responsibility for your customers including tracking and negotiations during the year.

You’ll succeed because… 

  • You have minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or similar).
  • You have min. 4 years commercial job experience within Sales as well as min.1 year in eCommerce/Online Sales.
  • You have experience in account management, priority settings, project management, commercial understanding of corporate and operational business.
  • You are a strategic thinker with confidence to effectively deliver account plan
  • Your are an excellent communicator in Englisch and German - French is a plus.
