What do we offer you?
A fast start to your commercial career within the FMCG. The Commercial Traineeship/Future Leadership program at Reckitt is a 2-year rotational program. During this period you will be challenged in 2 different assignments of 12 months within commerce (Sales & Trade Marketing). You will gain a broad understanding of the FMCG and retail market and contribute directly to Reckitt's results. This way you get the right basis and space to develop your potential and give your career a flying start. Examples of functions per discipline are:

• Sales Analyst
• Trade marketing Analyst
• E-commerce Analyst
• Promo Coordinator 
• Junior Brand Manager
• Junior Customer Trade Marketeer
• Junior Key Account Manager

Of course, you don't just learn in practice! You will receive training aimed at your personal development and professional content, coaching and a personal mentor.

You’ll succeed because… 

…you love working with data and using it to influence decisions. You know the challenges of the consumer goods sector. You’re able to translate raw statistics into compelling sales stories. With a close attention to detail, you’re highly analytical and excel in a fast-paced environment. Crucially, you’re also a great communicator, able to get your ideas across to a wider audience.
