About the role

Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Conceive state-of-the-art technical solutions that align with both customer satisfaction and our overarching business aspirations.
- Provide pivotal input on digital platform designs, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Play an active role in Agile processes, contributing to continuous delivery and improvement of our digital products.
- Maintain the highest compliance standards, observing regulations, and governance policies within the IT sphere.
The experience we're looking for
- Proficient understanding of the entire software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and achieving impactful results.
- Knowledge of user experience design and a natural ability for problem-solving.
- Familiarity with solution engineering technologies, such as cloud services and containerization.
- Strong stakeholder communication abilities, making complex concepts accessible to all team members.
