IT&D Junior Solution Architect- Integrated Talent

Role Purpose:

The IT&D Solution Architect- Integrated Talent is part of the IT&D Transformation team, a team responsible for the Design and Delivery of IT&D solutions in Talent Management, Recruitment and Learning & Development. 

The role is responsible for the governance and enforcement of standardised solutions for projects, programme and continuous improvement initiatives related to SuccessFactors & connected systems / data within RB. 

The role reports to the IT&D Global Product Lead  - Talent & Leadership development  , to support the development of processes and template standards for changes to HR Systems & Solutions. The role is responsible for governing and enforcing these processes and standards during the lifecycle of HR IT change projects, infrastructure & network changes, major programme or continuous improvement activity. 

Scope of Responsibilities:
Template Management and Solution Delivery support
•    Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised HR solutions within Reckitt  to simplify the change process going forward
•    Govern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HR Systems solutions within RB
•    Support the Global HR Systems Lead in identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the HR Systems landscape
•    Support Business Analysts during business requirements capture to ensure that standardisation will not be compromised by the change
•    Where required, work with delivery partners to ensure that any functional designs they are delivering are in line with Reckitt practices     
•    Ensure an integrated data approach for integration & consumption of common data objects & attributes        

Skills/Experiences
Essential
•    8 + years of experience in implementing and supporting HCM suites 
•    5 + Expertise in SuccessFactors Talent suite/modules (PMGM, CDP, Talent, Calibration, Learning)
•    Knowledge in SF EC and RCM is a plus .Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows.
•    Experience and/or passion & interest for AI tools
•    Understanding of an integrated data approach
•    Lead design workshops to gather requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications and design
•    Working with cross functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers
•    Experience of supporting complex change and / or multi-disciplinary projects
•    Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships
•    Effective time management and organisational skills
•    Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving
