About the role
The IT&D Manager, Integrated Talent is part of the IT&D HR team, a team responsible for the design, delivery and maintenance of all IT&D Continuous Improvement (CI), medium-sized projects and major programmes in the global HR function.
The role ensures alignment between HR strategy and technology solutions, by driving value through scalable, user-centric solutions.
The role reports to the IT&D Sr Manager, Integrated Talent to support the development of processes and template standards for changes to HR Systems & Solutions. As a IT&D Manager, you will analyse and optimise end‑user journeys, define and own the product vision and roadmap for Integrated Talent processes.
Your responsibilities
Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify the HR systems landscape
• Facilitate requirements workshops, perform fit‑gap analysis, and document functional specifications
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories aligned with product roadmaps
• Analyse HR data structures to ensure solution changes maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Develop and maintain solution blueprints to promote consistent HR technology implementations
• Partner with HR COEs, business leaders, and IT&D teams
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure proposed solutions align with technology standards
• Collaborate with Product Managers and delivery teams to refine backlog items and support sprint planning
• Collaborate with delivery teams and vendors to ensure designs meet business and technical standards
• Support testing activities, including validation against functional requirements and solution templates
• Ensure that hypercare, transition and support processes are in place
Accountabilities
• Ensure consistency, optimisation and effective governance of HR systems and solution templates across Reckitt.
The experience we're looking for
Skills/Experiences
• 10-12+ years of experience in managing and implementing HR solutions
• Experience working with internal and external applications environment
• Excellent knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD or equivalent HR technology ecosystems
• Proven track record of expertise of supporting complex change and multi-disciplinary projects
• Extensive experience working with cross functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers
• Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills particularly at senior levels of an organisation
• Able to balance work/life and balance competing demands
• Able to deal with conflict and mediate
• Able to deal with ambiguity and cope with change
