IT&D Manager-Business Value Architect, OTC
Description
The Manager – Value Architect is a part of the Delivery Hub in the IT&D Intelligent Automation COE, a team responsible for the delivery of Productivity and Process Improvement via medium-sized projects and programmes. The team provides expertise in the Reckitt IT systems landscape and includes: Value Architects, Data Engineers, Automation Analysts, Celonis Execution Management Consultants, etc. There is also Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to support delivery.
As a Business Value Architect, you are going to spearhead the efforts in data-driven business transformation at Reckitt. You will work side by side with business users and process owners at all levels to help them achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value using Celonis/UiPath etc. As a Value Architect you will drive measurable business impact across processes and accelerate the adoption of our platform. You will blend deep process and industry expertise and a keen interest in analytics and change management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Translate strategic objectives into high-impact use cases in the specific area of expertise e.g. OTC, SCM, Master Data
• Lead business value workshops and use Celonis/UIPath to identify and qualify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Bridge the gap between central CoE and operational units
• Use data to derive root causes; quantify business impacts
• Build business cases and ROI calculations, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices
• Formulate solutions and improvement actions in finance, sales, procurement, and/or other major business functions
• Execute improvement actions and change initiatives
• Present results to senior stakeholders
• Support a governance structure and operating model for customers to utilize Celonis/UiPath led innovations & improvements across the organization
• Devise strategies to enable end users at scale
• Expand your use case and capability knowledge using the latest features and functionalities of the platform
Skills required:
• 8+ years experience in Consulting or process improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in computers or other business or engineering related subjects
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
• Experience in analysing OTC, SCM processes
