About the role

At Reckitt, Cyber Human Threat refers to ‘the risk and vulnerabilities which arise from human behaviour, actions, interactions and decisions made within our business’.

A strategic and challenging role supporting the creation, development and delivery of the Cyber Human Threat strategy 

The role involves working closely with the Cyber teams and other functions across Reckitt as well as external organisations such as managed service providers and design agencies 

Help cut through the noise of everyday life to support colleagues to know how to spot a potential Cyber Security incident and what to do  

This role will embed a Cyber Security culture within Reckitt where employees are empowered to exhibit good Cyber behaviours 

Support and represent Cyber Security internally within Reckitt.  

Act as a role model for cyber behaviours and support colleagues to understand and identify Cyber Security threats. 

Your responsibilities

Help create, develop and deliver the Cyber Human Threat strategy 

Collaborate and manage key stakeholders to ensure Cyber Security key messages are included across Reckitt 

Support the creation and delivery of the Cyber Human Threat training plan to support colleagues to do the right thing and be cybersafe 

Produce, plan, oversee and deliver awareness and engagement campaigns with key messages and creative/engaging materials 

Engage with Cyber Security and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand the Reckitt landscape 

Create, using third parties as required, campaign materials to support the delivery of awareness and engagement activities and drive the campaigns 

Lead and represent Cyber Human Threat with the Cyber Security squads in facing out to the rest of Reckitt as part of the product model within IT&D  

Work with external partners to deliver Cyber Security awareness training based on the most up to date incidents in the wild 

Manage and elevate the key Cyber Security channels (Cyber Security Rubi site and Workplace group) to provide a one stop shop for all things Cyber and a place to have a conversation 

The experience we're looking for

- In-depth knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.

-Broad understanding of Cyber Security & IT communications.

-Turning the technical and often complex language of Cyber Security into easy to understand and engaging messages and materials 

-Cutting through the noise on a global level to ensure our Cyber Security voice is heard and understood 

-Creating engaging and creative interactions and campaigns to make Cyber Security exciting and interesting 

- A talent for clear communication, capable of articulating complex cybersecurity concepts with ease.
