About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Regional Infrastructure Platform Manager to join our IT&D Data Centre and Global Connectivity team. The Regional Infrastructure Platform Manager will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and management of our network infrastructure to meet the evolving demands of our digital landscape. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, streamline operations, and support the organization's IT infrastructure goals.

Your responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional infrastructure strategic roadmap aligned with overall technology and business objectives.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the regional infrastructure platform remains at the forefront of innovation.

Design and architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance infrastructure solutions that meet the organization's current and future needs.

Technical leadership for the establishment and implementation of end-to-end regional infrastructure solutions for the technologies Wireless, Switches, Identity Services Engine (ISE), DNA Center, Software Defined Access.

Conduct performance analysis and optimization of wireless networks to meet quality of service standards.

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related filed.

Proven experience as Network Architect with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and managing Network Infrastructure.

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).

Proven hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches in enterprise-level environments.

Strong knowledge of Cisco Wireless Access Points, Wireless Controllers and proficiency in wireless site survey, design, and RF planning.

In-depth knowledge of Cisco ISE architecture, components, and deployment models.

Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Identity Services Engine policies for authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA).
