About the role

We are on the lookout for an IT & D Senior Business Analyst to join the Reckitt IT & Digital team — our tech-savvy problem-solvers and connectors. In this pivotal role, you will dive into translating complex business requirements into innovative IT & D solutions, that contribute to our purpose and our fight. Your mastery in data analysis and passion for product development will be at the forefront of driving Reckitt's digital transformation. Your responsibilities

- Support product portfolio performance analysis and recommend optimisation opportunities- improve portfolio mix ; improve sourcing for P&L and growth maximization; improve resource balance
- Identify and Support product portfolio pipeline opportunities to drive efficiency, growth and risk mitigation
- Support a portfolio governance model including Strategic Portfolio Reviews
- Support the annual planning and forecasting exercises within the Supply IT&D portfolio - Annual Plan, Quarterly Forecasts
- Support efficient portfolio management and forecasting/ planning exercises for the whole of Supply IT
- Design of business scenarios, process flows, and use cases to maximise product adoption/value
- Act as an Agile coach for the product teams within the portfolio; helping to embed a product driven mindset

The experience we're looking for

- Exposure to IT portfolio management. 
- >3 experience in a complex IT programme and / or portfolio environment
- Organized, highly analytical and a problem-solver with high attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial, results oriented and self-driven individual who likes a challenge
- Flexible mindset with good capacity to adapt to change
- Experience in SAFe methodologies would be an advantage

Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside cross-functional teams.
- A history of building robust stakeholder relationships and effectively managing expectations.
- A background in developing solutions with technical teams and prowess in business process modelling.
- Proficiency in Project and Programme Management, Design Thinking, and IT Service Management.
- Expertise in Change Management practises and understanding Cyber Security strategy.
