About the role

We're searching for a forward-thinking IT & D Manager, Platform / Solution Architect to join Reckitt's IT & Digital team — a team acknowledged for keeping us interconnected in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Your role will encompass creating cutting-edge end-to-end solutions and strategising closely with business and IT stakeholders. Your responsibilities

- Template Management and Solution Delivery support
- Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised HR solutions within RB to simplify the change process going forward
- Govern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HR Systems solutions within RB
- Support the Global HR Systems Lead in identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the HR Systems landscape
- Advise and support the BRDs during the business case definition stage to ensure standardisation is maintained
- Support Business Analysts during business requirements capture to ensure that standardisation will not be compromised by the change
- Where required, work with delivery partners to ensure that any functional designs they are delivering are in line with RB practices             
Accountabilities
- Ensure consistency, standardisation and optimisation of HR Systems & Templates across Reckitt

The experience we are looking for

•    7 + years of experience in implementing and supporting IT solutions in either ITSM or HR space
•    3 + years of Expertise in ServiceNow HR Module 
•    Knowledge and experience integrating ServiceNow with SuccessFactors 
•    Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including, CMDB, Asset Management, Change Management, Custom Development
•    Should have knowledge in Knowledge Management and case management modules
•    Experience with data migration and data management activities in ServiceNow
•    Plan / schedule project activities. Lead end-to-end testing process
•    Working with cross functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers
•    Experience of supporting complex change and / or multi-disciplinary projects
•    Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships
