About the role
As the Internal Audit Manager – Data Analytics & Innovation within Reckitt’s Global Internal Audit Centre of Excellence, you will lead the function’s digital transformation agenda. You will shape and embed modern audit analytics, automation, and technology‑enabled solutions that enhance risk coverage, strengthen assurance delivery, and improve overall audit effectiveness.
Reporting to the Head of the COE, you will manage a team of data analytics and IT&D specialists, working closely with Audit Leaders and Domain Leads to integrate digital capabilities into every stage of the audit lifecycle. You will champion innovation, develop scalable analytics solutions, and drive continuous improvement across methodologies, tools, and insights. This role plays a critical part in building a progressive, insight‑led audit function that delivers high value across all regions and business areas.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Internal Audit data analytics strategy aligned with risk priorities and business objectives.
- Design and deliver advanced analytics solutions, dashboards, predictive models, and automated testing to enhance audit effectiveness.
- Embed analytics and digital techniques across audit planning, execution, and reporting activities.
- Maintain and continuously improve reusable analytics assets, tools, and methodologies.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of digital audit technologies, automation, AI/ML, and workflow solutions.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve audit efficiency, consistency, and insight generation.
- Partner with IT, Data, and business teams to ensure secure access to reliable, high-quality data.Lead, coach, and develop Data Analytics and IT&D team members within the COE.
- Build digital capabilities across Internal Audit through training, guidance, and best-practice resources.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Audit Leaders and Domain Leads to identify and implement analytics opportunities.
- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Support audit committee and management reporting through dashboards, trend analysis, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and information security requirements.
- Maintain analytics and automation documentation, monitor adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support COE governance through KPI tracking, efficiency measurement, and operational excellence initiatives.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications in analytics, audit, AI/ML, or cloud technologies are an advantage.
- 8–12 years of experience in Internal Audit, Data Analytics, Risk Analytics, or Technology‑enabled assurance roles.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools (Power BI), languages (SQL, Python, R), and automation platforms (e.g., RPA tools).
- Experience designing and embedding data‑driven testing methodologies within audits.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP/JDE) and large, complex datasets from diverse business processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across global teams, with a strategic and innovation‑focused mindset.
