About the role

Reporting into the Order to Cash, Head of Process, the Invoice to Cash (ITC) Process Manager will be a key position in transforming through standardisation, harmonisation, and automation the end-to-end Order to Invoice processes.   The role will drive, promote, and represent the ITC process while ensuring risks are mitigated and controls embedded to facilitate a robust end to end transformed ITC process.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the Order to Cash, Head of Process in the development, standardisation, and transformation of the end-to-end Invoice to Cash process within Reckitt, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, in scope and in budget
  • Work with business stakeholders operating Invoice to Cash process elements to help them to understand the standard model and to defend the template against localised changes to processes
  • Own the process change agenda for ITC, ensuring that a robust control environment is maintained whilst improving global policies and SOPs
  • Support the delivery of the future technology enhancements proposed through the transformation Blueprinting agenda
  • Monitor compliance with the process deployed in markets and identify market variations and opportunities for standardisation.

The experience we're looking for

  • Knowledge of other core finance end to end business processes
  • Business/finance experience (minimum 7 years in finance roles), preferably in FMCG sector and qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA etc.)
  • SAP experience required in one or more of the key SAP O2C modules (FI / SD)
  • Demonstrable solid knowledge of the end-to-end order to cash process, with a particular focus on the Order to Invoice element
  • Experience of leading and managing change when new tool or process was introduced
